PES will conduct the screening process to select
the Candidates possesses the right requirement, skills and
qualifications to attend the interview. |

PES shall arrange sufficient Candidates for the interview.

| Briefing
of Terms And Conditions |
 |
PES will formally brief all candidates on the
Terms & Conditions of employment both verbally and in
a written format prior to the recruitment exercise. |
| Planning
Prior To Recruitment Exercise |
 |
A recruitment schedule will be sent listing
down the dates of the exercise and the cities of the recruiters
will be stationed with the flights and accommodation details. |
 |
The interview rooms, trade tests, tools, material, IQ tests
and others facilities will be arranged at designated venues
and PES shall provide all logistics during the interview for
company’s representatives.

| Travel
Arrangement |
 |
PES will make all necessary arrangements for
airport transfer; hotel accommodation, international and domestic
flights, and visas. |

| Recruitment
Exercise |
 |
PES will jointly conduct the recruitment exercise
with client representatives. Interview room (s) with all the
necessary facilities will be provided; and testing hall will
be arranged for any practical test including tools and equipment
upon requested by our Clients. |

| Medical
Check-up |
 |
All shortlist candidates will be sent to their
government approved hospital for medical examination; and
|
 |
The criteria for the check up will be according to MOM standards.
This is to ensure that they will pass the mandatory medical
check-up as required by MOM.

| Preparation
Of Letter Of Employment |
 |
PES will assist our clients to prepare the Letter
of Employment for the candidates selected. |
| Application
Of Work Permits/Employment Passes |
 |
PES will assist in the administrative and compilation
of documents for submission to Ministry of Manpower in Singapore.
|
| Security
Bond |
 |
PES shall assist in applying the security bond
for the candidates in the case of work permits.
|
| Arrangement
of Travel Documents and Flights |
 |
PES will arrange for each candidate to resign
from his workplace and assist in the application of passport
and travel documents for exit In-Principal approval, PES will
also assist in the travel arrangement for the selected candidates
to fly
to Singapore and it shall include flight booking, changes
and cancellations that may occur.

| Airport
pick-up |
 |
PES staffs will meet and help the candidates
to clear all entry documents at the airport immigration checkpoint
upon their arrival, and arrange the transportation to their
respective residence.
|
| Orientation |
 |
An orientation will be conducted
for the candidates detailing places for domestic provisions,
basic industrial safety training, Singapore’s bus and
MRT system, basic laws and health requirement in Singapore,
and accommodation rules, regulations, housekeeping and allocation
arrangements.
|
| Accommodation |
 |
PES shall assist in sourcing
for the candidate’s accommodation.
All accommodation would have been sourced, inspected and confirmed
on behalf of the candidates. |
 |
Monthly inspection of the accommodation shall be carried
out and report will be submitted to our clients which shall
include:
-Utilities are in good and continuous supply
-Amenities are in working condition
-Facilities including beds and cupboards and utensils are
adequate and properly allocated
-Feedback from neighbors |
 |
House rules shall be thoroughly explained
and implemented to ensure order
and co-operation amongst the workers. |
| Medical
Check-up |
 |
PES shall assist in sending
candidates for medical test in Singapore, which is required
by MOM.
|
| Opening
of Bank Account |
 |
PES will assist in arranging
all candidates to open a saving account.
|
| Counseling
Service |
 |
PES shall assist in providing
counseling service to the candidates to help clients resolve
problems that may arise in the course of their employment.
|
| Repatriation |
 |
If any candidate is to be
repatriated back to their country, PES shall make the necessary
arrangements for the candidate’s return.
